Assign Clinical Communication (Web)

1.  Go to 

2.  [SIGN IN] with your Email Address & Password. Confirm the INSTRUCTOR radio button is selected.

3.  Click the EVALUATION tab

4.  Select ASSIGNED CLINICAL COMMUNICATION in the drop-down list.

5.  On the next page, Click ASSIGN CLINICAL REMEDIATION

6.  Choose the Student Name from the drop down field

7.  Check the box, or boxes, that apply to the Communication option.

8.  Add notes in the improvement box to describe the communication or remediation communication

9.  Click SUBMIT

10.  Select the X in the top-right corner of the box when finished to close the box.
