Monitoring Missing Student Evalutions
1. Go to www.TracPrac.com
2. [SIGN IN] with your Email Address & Password. Make sure INSTRUCTOR is selected.
3. Click the Student tab
4. Select the Evaluation Form in the dropdown to filter the names of Students "Without Evaluation Forms"
5. Click "Students without Forms" to produce the name results.
6. Review the list of Student Names to contact the Clinical Faculty if needed.
