Program Head Add Terms/Groups (W | PH)
1. Go to www.TracPrac®.com
2. [SIGN IN] with your Email Address & Password. Make sure PROGRAM HEAD is selected.
3. Select the TERM tab on the Dashboard.
4. Select CREATE TERM
5. Complete the following fields:
Title - for the Term, Program and Year description (ex: Spring 2020 RN)
Start Date (Select the start date from the calendar option)
End Date (Tip: Add an extra week to allow time to finalize evaluations)
Group Name - Enter Course or Cohort name (e.g.: NUR 150 Sum2020)
6. Select ADD to complete the submission.
