Evaluation Form Student Acknowledgement
1. [SIGN IN] at www.TracPrac®.com (this feature is not available in the app)
2. Click your COURSE TAB or CLINICAL EVALUATION TAB on your student dashboard (See image)
3. Check for the status: Ready for Review
4. Click the green CONTINUE EVAL to open & review the instructor's evaluation
5. Review the Latest Entry/Date and Click Acknowledge or Submit to acknowledge your performance evaluation and return the submission back to your instructor.
Optional: Select EXPORT to download a PDF copy.
