Respond to a Student Learning Contract on the Web

1.  Go to www.TracPrac.com 

2.  [SIGN IN] with your Email Address & Password. 

3.  Select STUDENT LEARNING CONTRACT 

4.  Click CONTINUE EVAL  

5.  Locate STEP 2 and enter your self-improvement plan, per your instructor’s directions or your school’s protocol.

6.  Click SUBMIT  

Phase 2 of 2 - Responding to the Instructor’s SLS outcome email notification.

1.  Go to www.TracPrac.com

2.  [SIGN IN] with your Email Address & Password. 

3.  Select STUDENT LEARNING CONTRACT 

4.  Click CONTINUE EVAL

5.  Carefully review STEP 3 with your instructor’s final contract outcome comments

6.  Click ACKNOWLEDGE to confirm and finalize your Learning Contract

 NOTE: To confirm your submission, go to STUDENT LEARNING CONTRACT and check the status “Submitted to Instructor”  
 NOTE: The Status must be “Ready for Review” in order to select CONTINUE EVAL.
